How to make Amaranth Flour Pudding/Rajgira Sheera/Sukdi-GolPappdi in Microwave

Fasting Season has approached and Rajgira Flour’s Ladoos is a quintessential Fasting snack loaded with Fiber,Calcium,Vitamin C and easy to digest. A traditional Gujarati dessert Sukhadi or Golpapdi made up of Wheat flour and jaggery is my inspiration for A healthy innovation as this is a hot fav in my family.

Jaggery came from my neighbor and it made to Supporting Actor of my Amaranth Flour Pudding 😛

I have a small confession to make, there is some sweet craving after having Lunch and dinner(I did Hear, Do you have that Craving as well :P) To satisfy that craving I have a Quick Rajgira Sukhdi microwave recipe

Instructions
  1. To begin making Rajgira Sheera, Take ghee in a bowl and place it in a microwave for 30 seconds at full power
  2. Mix Rajgira flour with ghee, Place it in a microwave for 2 minutes. Pause microwave after a minute and stir the mixture
  3. While the Ghee+flour mixture is hot, add grated Jaggery giving it a nice mix. Add milk to Ghee+Flour+Jaggery mixuter. Place the bowl in microwave for a minute at full power
  4. Take out Rajgira Sheera and sprinkle Caradamom Powder and sesame seeds
  5. Serve it with more sprinkle of Sesame or Poppy Seeds

Tip : Add a tsp of Dry Ginger, it aids in Gas Trouble
