Few days ago, It was my Granny’s Birthday and for her Lunch Round up, I prepared Fada Ni Lapsi which is her favorite recipe. I have lived with my Granny during my college days, Fada ni lapsi was the first thing I learnt from her. Since then she has stopped making it and loves it eat made by me !! I would not dare to lose my loyal fan by making any changes in the recipe.
Each Gujarati Household has its own Family recipe of preparing Fada Ni Lapsi be it in Pressure Cooker or substituting it with Jaggery. I belive in forwarding the legacy by following it with 0 variations and alterations.
