Easy Green Tuvar(Lilva) & Besan Pakodas(Bhajiya/Fritters)

This post is not in association with “Maggie Pichkoo” !!

#Moonsoon2016 is all set to begin and so does #Moonsoon #Snacks. #Rains make you crave something Hot,Fried and long drives. Eating out becomes more often in this season and so getting sick with Viral Fever, cough and cold.

I and Shri have made a pact “NOT” to eat outside aka “Street Food” this season !!! The Oil is by these vendors is reused several times, hence it very BAD for Health. Hygiene Issues is another worrying issue. My pact of “NOEATOUT” is going to benefitted my blog and you guys !!

Plz Bare me for not clicking excellent pics but I couldn’t resist stuffing them hence 😛

I belong from Gujarat which is called land of “Farsaan/Snacks” and there a HUGE variety of FRIED Snacks from Kachori,Patis,Gota,Bhajiya,Fafda and list is never ending. Kacchori in gujarat is made up of fillings like Peas,Tuvar,Coconut and outer covering is of flour or Potatoes.

At my home Granny used to make it most with Lilva and whole wheat flour outer covering!! All of my cousins and neighbours would stuff our faces with those kachoris

Here’s my #LowGI take on it !!
