As #ChatoriLadki I love to relish array of #Chatpata varieties but looking for Health factor in it !!! I am not a fan of #sugar hence lookout for #sugarfree delicacies. I chanced upon watching a Gujarati Cookery Show named at “Rasoi Show” broadcast ed on ETV Gujarati. Cooking Expert Kamini Shah showed this chutney recipe saying that it can stored for more than 10 months and can replace Tamarind. I am a fan of Rasoi Show and its been running since 2005.
Kamini Shah’s creation of this Chutney was magical and it was enough for #ChatoriLadki to replicate the same in my Kitchen; to satiate my taste buds and lick them through my fingers!!
There would be rare bunch of #mangolovers who would have not yet tasted Totapuri. Totapuri is easily available in market and marks the beginning of Mango Season. I am Pretty sure you would have enjoyed licking these slices with salt. There are loads of blog post on Raw Mango Chutney but I doubt they will have such a Hot look !!! Totapuri Chutney possess those Hot Looks all thanks to “Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder”. A Specialist of Color Therapy and it not HIGH on spice level.
Mango season is going to end soon, Stock up on this Chutney for months !!! Open up ur Sterilize Bottle of goodness to relish with Paratha,Paneer Chilla,Moong Dal Puda and the list is never ending
Dump those Sugar loaded syrupy chutney and make this Chutney with Jaggery !!
